By accessing or using the services of Empire Auto Detailing Inc. ("Empire," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Empire Auto Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing and decontamination, paint correction, ceramic coating application, paint protection film installation, and comprehensive detail packages. All services are performed at our facility located at 191 Nugget Ave, Unit 2 & 3, Scarborough, Ontario.
All service quotes are estimates based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of the quoted price and these terms.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking availability.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for premium services such as ceramic coating or PPF installation. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
While we exercise utmost care with every vehicle, Empire Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle. We recommend removing valuables before service. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
Ceramic coating warranties vary by product used and will be specified at time of service. Warranty coverage requires adherence to our care guidelines and annual maintenance inspections. Improper maintenance or use of non-approved products may void warranty coverage.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
